Pumpkins walk on Halloween
to stalk both young and old.

So listen close and heed my words
while this tale is being told.

They'll rise from the patch when the moon is full
and creep among the vines.

Then wrap you up and carry you off
with tendrils that squeeze and bind.

But, never fear, revenge is near
and we'll catch them by and by.
