Aluminum foil Cooking spray 6 squares melted chocolate 4 custard cups Decorator bag or waxed paper cone DIRECTIONS Invert the custard cups and press foil over the top and down the sides leaving an extension outward where the overhang begins. Spray well with cooking spray. Melt chocolate over low heat and cool for 10 minutes. Spoon half into a decorator bag with a writing tip and pipe in a circle around the top and sides of the foil molds. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate is set. Repeat this process for a second layer and then refrigerate for 45 minutes. Carefully peel foil away from the chocolate baskets. Keep refridgerated until ready to use on your table. Place each basket on a small dessert plate and fill with anything lightweight. HAVE FUN! |
